Room was adequate. Could use some updates but it was comfortable and clean. Staff was accommodating. Bed comfortable. Location in Georgetown was great. Would stay again.

We were extremely disappointed with this Hampton Inn. While the location was nice, both rooms we were offered were really substandard for the price - needing upgrades or repairs, wet carpet from leaking AC, etc. The staff person had a “take it or leave it” attitude, so we got a refund and left! Not what you’d expect from a Hilton property.

TED at front desk is awesome!! I had a beautiful view from my room!! If they upped their game and invested in a decent breakfast this would be five stars. The best part of the breakfast was coffee and juice. Please expect nothing more than some frozen bagel egg things and fake Canadian bacon. IMHO🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️😂

Staff was very friendly and professional. Everything is as advertised, but the room air conditioners are pretty old and struggling. Very clean and comfortable otherwise!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very dingy, kind of grimy kind of not that clean. This hotel is in need of a serious interior update. I was afraid of using the elevators it's that bad.
